Replacing & Repair

Average heatpumps and air conditioners last 10 to 15 years. When you have a part that goes bad close to that 10 to 15 year mark it’s time to think about getting a new unit. When you put a replacement part on an older unit your going to worry about how long the other parts in the system are going to last. The only warranty your going to get is on that part you replaced. When you put a new system in you get up to a 10 year parts and labor warranty which gives you the peace of mind for the next ten years.

It comes down to weighing your options, asking yourself is it worth putting money into an old unit or is it going to cost less to put a new unit in for the long run. It also comes down to efficiency, are you going to save money putting a new high efficiency unit in, or fixing your old one and having a less efficient system. There are some hard decisions to make when your system needs service but were here to help.
